Manage Members Through PushPress

Setup

  1. Login to Pushpress
  2. Go to plans and Plan categories:
  1. Click the plus button to add a new category name:
  1. Name the New Category HybridAF
  2. Now move your existing Plans that will have HybridAF access into the new Category HybriAF.
    1. You can also sell this as an addon and make one new Plan for HybridAF in that category and add that new plan to your members.
  3. Go to Apps and then app store in the menu.
  1. Scroll down to the tile that says zapier and click configure:
  1. Click The enable Zapier button:
  1. Under pairing codes click the plus button:
  1. Add a name to your pairing code and click Create New Pairing Code:
  1. Under pairing code Click the 3 dots on the right and click view info.
  1. Copy down and email support@hybridaf.com the values under pairing code and under secret code
  1. Once it’s all set up, members can be added and their ability to access the gym can be managed by adding/canceling a plan that is under the HybridAF Plan category to a member account.
  2. If you need to re-label a category plan name, the members will not receive access to this new plan until the next renewal. To push this out immediately you will need to manually remove the category plan and manually re-add the category plan. (If the plan category has been changed, the members will not come through until the next time the membership renews. If you are unable to wait, please send a bulk members list in a spreadsheet to support@hybridaf.com.)
