Manage Members with Pike 13 Interface

  • To add access:
    • Simply update the "HybridAF" to "Yes" on the Person
    • Click Clients
    • Click a person
    • Click Edit Profile
    • Change HybridAF to yes
    • Click Save
    • Wait about 15 minutes and then in the Hybrid app under My Members they will show as active
    • The user gets a welcome email to download the app or the account activated app if they were already in the system but, not active anymore
  • To remove access:
    • Simply change the "HybridAF" field to "No" or set their membership to no longer Active.
    • Wait about 15 minutes and then in the Hybrid app under My Members they will show under the inactive filter.

We look for any updated members that have changed in the last 18 minutes.

Note: If your coaches do not have an active membership they will be disabled because it shows them as such. Please either add with a membership or let support@hybridaf.com know that you want their email address ignored by the interface.
