Note: If you have enabled the push notification for “Notify on Access Request” you will receive a push notification.  Clicking on it will take you directly to the request.

·        From Mobile App

1. Login to the HybridAF app
   
2. Click the Admin Menu Link
   
3. Click Access Request Button
   
1. Note: You will see the info icon next to the Access Events indicating you have a pending request.
   
2. Note: If you manage multiple gyms you can click the gym name to select other gyms in which you are the admin:
    
4. Enter a note and click Approve or Decline
     
5. System will send a Push notification to the requesting user letting them know if you have granted access or not.
   
1. Note: Click the Filter Button to view past approvals or rejections to change your response to a user.
