Managing Members for Mindbody

Setting up Client Index
    • Access Link Provided by MindBody and Grant Access to HybridAF
    • Login to Mind Body as an Admin Account
    • Expand Settings and Click Clients and then Click Client Indexes
    • Add a new Client Index
      • Name = HybridAF
      • Active = Yes
      • Show on Add Client = Yes
      • Click Add new Index

    • Click the link to go to Client Index values at the top right or click the link below the Add New Client Index that appears

      • Add an option for:
        • Yes
        • No




Managing Members
  • To add access:
    • Simply add the new "HybridAF/Facilikey" client index to the member to someone with a valid membership (Active not Alumni)

    • Wait about 15 to 20 minutes and then in the Hybrid app under My Members they will show as active
    • The user gets a welcome email to download the app or the account activated app if they were already in the system but, not active anymore
  1.  To remove access:
    1. Simply remove the new "HybridAF/ Facilikey" client index from the member or set them to Alumni

    2. Wait about 15 to 20 minutes and then in the Hybrid app under My Members they will show under the inactive filter.


We look for any updated members that have changed in the last 18 minutes. If they do not have the tag and a valid membership, the account gets turned off.

WarningNote: If your coaches do not have an active membership they will be disabled because it shows them as an Alumni. Please either add with a membership or let support@hybridaf.com know that you want their email address ignored by the interface.
