Member Details Screen

  1. Login to the HybridAF app
  2. Click the Admin Menu Link
  3. Click My Members
  4. Select a Member by clicking the users record
  5. Details Tab:
       
  1. Set Admin/Set User
    1. This option lets you setup the current member as an admin or normal user. All users start as normal users.
  2. Email
    1. If you or the user entered the wrong email address you can update it here then click Update Member
  3. New Password
    1. If the user has forgotten his or her password and is having trouble finding the password reset email, you can set a new password for them here and then click Update Member
  4. Home Gym Change
    1. If your member is moving to a new HAF location change the home gym to the new HAF location and then click Update Member. This will notify the admin of the new HAF location of the transfer.  The member will be set to inactive until accepted by the new admin.
  5. Archived
    1. Setting a member to Archived will hide them from your view of Active members. This will allow you to archive people that are unlikely to come back from an Inactive status.

    1. Determines if the user is an active member of your gym. This must be set to Active in order for them to use the Workout feature.
    2. Set as Active/Inactive
      1. Clicking will toggle the members membership status on or off. When set to Active they will get the invitation email to use the app.
    3. Waiver Agreed Date
      1. Date they last agreed to the waiver to access the door
    4. Rules Agreed Date
      1. Date they last agreed to the rules to access the door
    5. Access Events
      1. List of all the access events by that member at your gym.
