Notifications - Troubleshooting

If your notifications are on but, stop working please try the following steps:
  1. Open the App
  2. Click Main Menu
  3. Click My Info
  4. Click Notifications

    1. Ensure that the notifications you want enabled are on
  5. Click Menu
  6. Click Logout
  7. Log Back
  8. Have another member unlock the door
    1. Note: You will never get a notification of yourself unlocking the door
  9. If you did not get the notification email and we will reset your device id and have you retry these steps.
