User Not Close Enough to Door Message
Resolving the "User Not Close Enough to Door" error on the admin app.
- The gym member must physically go to the gym and stand by the door.
- Select "Admin Menu" and go to "My Gym"
-From that page you will see a location pin icon in the lower right-hand corner. Select the location pin icon to update your location.
-Fully close out the app and go back into locations and re attempt to unlock the door.
-If the issue persist take a screen shot of the map's app on their phone zoomed in to
their exact location and email the screen shot to support.
