Managing Notifications

      From Mobile App

  1. Login to the HybridAF app
  2. Click My Info
  3. Select Notification Tab
      
  1. Notify on Message
    1. If you have enabled the message feature for your gym this will send a push notification to your phone when you receive a new message or a reply to a message sent.
  2. Notify on System Offline
    1. This will send a push notification to your phone whenever your system has been offline for more than 15 minutes. This will repeat every hour until it is addressed.
  3. Notify Users
    1. This will turn on the System Offline Notifications for your users. They will then have to go in and enable the System Offline Push (that is all they have access to).
  4. Notify on Access Request
    1. If you have enabled the access request feature for 24/7 access for non-home gym members this will send a push notification to your phone when a non-home member requests access.
  5. Notify on New User Register
    1. This will send a push notification to your phone whenever a new member has registered and selected your gym as their home gym.
  6. Notify on Entry
    1. This will send a push notification to your phone whenever your door is opened by a user.
  7. Notify on Emergency Access
    1. If you have the App Disabled and the user is allowed to do Emergency Access then this will give you a push event. This allows you to disable normal Entry notifications and only get them on Emergecny Access (Best Practive to have this enabled if you are using the App Disable features).
